1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in case of:

  • Service not provided
  • Duplicate payment
  • Booking cancellation before dispatch

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued if:

  • Shipment is already dispatched
  • Delay due to external factors
  • Incorrect information provided by customer

3. Refund Process

  • Request must be made within 7 days
  • Submit proof of payment
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

4. Deduction Charges

  • Processing charges may apply
  • Cancellation charges may be deducted
