1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable in case of:
- Service not provided
- Duplicate payment
- Booking cancellation before dispatch
2. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued if:
- Shipment is already dispatched
- Delay due to external factors
- Incorrect information provided by customer
3. Refund Process
- Request must be made within 7 days
- Submit proof of payment
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
4. Deduction Charges
- Processing charges may apply
- Cancellation charges may be deducted
